Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 23, 2025

At MountMate More, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our services and strive to ensure a smooth experience. However, in certain cases, refunds or adjustments may be issued according to the policy below.

1. Service Refunds

Since we provide installation and labor-based services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been completed. However, a refund or partial refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed as agreed

  • There was a clear and documented issue with the workmanship

  • A cancellation was made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service

Each case will be reviewed individually by our team.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer changes mind after service completion

  • Customer fails to provide access or correct information for the job

  • Damage caused by third parties after installation

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment time

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: Full refund

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: Subject to a $25 cancellation fee

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund

You may reschedule once without a fee, if done at least 12 hours before the appointment.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified once your refund is issued.
