At MountMate More, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our services and strive to ensure a smooth experience. However, in certain cases, refunds or adjustments may be issued according to the policy below.
1. Service Refunds
Since we provide installation and labor-based services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been completed. However, a refund or partial refund may be considered under the following conditions:
The service was not completed as agreed
There was a clear and documented issue with the workmanship
A cancellation was made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service
Each case will be reviewed individually by our team.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Customer changes mind after service completion
Customer fails to provide access or correct information for the job
Damage caused by third parties after installation
Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment time
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: Subject to a $25 cancellation fee
No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund
You may reschedule once without a fee, if done at least 12 hours before the appointment.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified once your refund is issued.
